To become a Rotarian, you must be invited to join a Rotary club by a member of a local Rotary Club.
A qualified candidate for Rotary club membership is an adult of good character and good business, professional, or community reputation.
The candidate must hold or have held an executive position with discretionary authority in any worthy and recognized profession or have served as a community leader.
Rotary is not a networking organization to help people to develop their business. It is a service organization only for those who are committed to Service Above Self.
Each Rotarian is expected to meet attendance requirements at the weekly meetings, to contribute financially to the work of Rotary, and to give of his or her time in volunteer work in support of the ideals of Rotary.
If you would like more information about joing Rotary or have questions about membership, e-mail the Elk Grove Rotary President or send your inquiry to
