Competition will be held in the following categories:
Pork Ribs
Chicken
Beef Brisket
Pork Butt/Shoulder
First place in each category will be awarded $500
Cash prizes will be given for 5 places in each category
People's Choice winner will receive $500
Each team will receive a 25' x 25' space with electric
Entry fee is $300
Registration is limited to the first 54 paid teams
All entries are non-refundable
Grand & Reserve Champions receive free registration for next-year's competition

No outside food or beverage may be brought into the festival grounds. All events will be held weather permitting. Schedule is subject to change. There will be no refunds on ticket sales. Pets are not allowed on festival grounds, and there are no facilities to board them.
